I am large busted (34HH) and this product or maybe just this particular style did not lay properly in the chest area. It was very contorted. I think it would probably work fine on someone that isn't as large. As far as it smoothing out bumps, it does do this somewhat. It wasn't as spectacular as I was expecting. In fact I put on my Slimming Cami I had gotten at Walmart to compare the difference and there was some, but this product wasn't much better. It was only slightly noticable. I think that for the price it isn't really worth the little difference.

Worth every cent! It definitely smooths out every lump and bump on your torso!
Very comfortable, does not restrict your breathing. Soft material.

I love this product. Its comfortable and doesn't ride up. I love it so much I now have 2 one in nude and one in black.

I was going to order one of these camis but happened to see them in a well known discount store this morning. The store has some bizarre rule about not allowing you to try on lingerie (I didn't want to try on a thong!!!!), but they do let you return it. Strange. I bought one in nude and in black and was very pleased with myself. Unfortunately when I got home I wasn't so thrilled. I am an all round medium, ALL the time - 8 in clothing and 36A/B in bras, depending on the brand. I struggled to get into the cami and at one point thought I might have to call someone to come and cut me out of it because I couldn't get it on or off! Eventually I got into it, lol. Shape wise it definitely pulled me in, but it's tiny in the bust and squished my girls into a very unattractive lump.
Now I have to return them and get the large. Bummer.
On a positive note, I also bought a Spanx bra, Bra-lleluia, and my goodness, it is SO comfortable!!!

Tight..oh so tight! And I bought the size I am supposed to wear. I can barely get it on or off... but that's the point right?
