I'm a 34 D... I tried the strapless silicone bra (that looks like chicken cutlets) and hated the way it made my breasts look, so I went to a high-end intimate apparel store to finally get a solution that works. The sales person sold me on Pick-Me-Ups (by showing me a video of the product in action), so I tried it despite GREAT apprehension. And, it worked well for me.
Here's the hitch!!! There are 6 adhesive lifter tapes or "lifters" and I had to use 3 on each breast to get the lift and the shape that I wanted (although the video shows 1 lifter being effective). Given the fact that I had to use the entire box for 1 evening, I agree with the other reviews that it's too darn expensive (@ $20 w/tax and/or shipping). Soooo... you decide.
Three Tips for Effectiveness: (1) Clean your breasts with rubbing alcohol so that the lifters will adhere. If you have lotion or oils on your breasts, the lifters wont stick. (2) Do a little pre-taping survey of how the neckline of your dress or shirt falls in order to better plan how you will position the lifters and so that you can minimize the amount of lifter tape that you'll have to cut away. (3) If your dress or top is somewhat sheer, make sure you have pasties to cover your nipples because the lifters are completely transparent.

Interestingly, all the rave reviews followed a spate of negative comments.
A little less spamming and a little more product development might be in order for Pure Style.

provided absolutely no lift or support...just made me look deformed! I am a D cup and this product was useless.

I was very skeptic about getting this product...but after reading the "wonderful" reviews I decided to get it....what a huge mistake!!!! I'm a C cup... and it didn't hold them... too bad, if anyone knows of a product like this one that ACTUALLY works, let me know!

Bought and wore these for strapless dress. They do lift, but I paid a price in losing some skin when trying to take off. They stuck a little too well. Will keep looking for something better.
