You can wear these lil helpers with just about anything and they look very natural. However, I did try to slip them in a jog bra and jog in them.... Not recommended! When they fell out on the dirt, luckily there was nobody around to see! :P I wear them with thin stretchy bras and they stay in nicely and look great under t-shirts; no more stiff padded bras for me.

I'm a size 34 A, and this bra insert is definitely too big and quite awkward. If you're small breasted, you may want to get a smaller insert or possibly buy a bigger bra just for the sake of the insert. That said, the silicone does feel nice and I can see it working very well for those with larger breasts.

The inserts arrived in a cute little blue bag inside Amazon packaging. Have been using them every day since purchase. They fit perfectly in my favorite bra and fill me out nicely. Giving just the right amount of lift while adding the desired shape and curvature I wanted. Very pleased with this item.

After reading through all the comments, I decided to give these a try. Sadly, I noticed no real difference and the casing on them irritates my skin!

Awesome in bathing suits! I slip these into my swimsuits and it really helps my figure. The boys don't even notice my little tummy pooch bcause my boobs are rocking!
