Favorite nursing tank Mar 24, 2011

When I started out, I had nursing tanks from Target, two Bravados and one Glamormom. I wish I had bought more Glamormoms from the start, instead of waiting until DD was 9 months old! Pre-pregnancy, I was a 34DD, and now I don't even want to know what size I am... They are the most supportive of all the nursing tanks I've worn, b/c of the hook-and-eye on the bra band, making it adjustable to your own band size. Also, the straps and cups are well reinforced, so it gives as much support as a nursing bra. I think my favorite part is how long they are, so I can easily tuck them into my pants and don't have to worry about the tank riding up and exposing my less-than-in-shape belly (the tank also holds it in a little)!

This top is great, I'm tall (5'11") and busty (36DD before nursing) so the fit is great, also, the nursing pads don't show through at all because the material is nice and thick. I've washed it worn it many times (although always on gentle cycle) and the elastic is still in great shape and the material looks good. I would recommend this to anyone who is busty and average height or taller. It also layers great with low cut tops, although the ruching in the center front makes it hard to wear as an under-layer. Straps are nice and thick for comfort. I'm very happy with this.

These tanks are fantastic and super useful. I am 11 weeks postpartum and I still wear one EVERY SINGLE DAY! I even sleep in them. They run big. I often wear large or extra large in other clothes but I wear a medium in this product. I think they are flattering AND easy to use. I can unsnap them single-handedly. I have a DD cup and they fit great! I have a super long torso and these are still long enough. I can't stress enough how much I love them. If I had to say one con, it is that the black color washed out a bit after about 20 washes.
Update: 12/24/2011: I STILL LOVE THESE AND STILL WEAR THEM EVERY DAY. I love sleeping in them and wearing them all the time. I will miss these when I am not nursing anymore. Best purchase ever. The color does fade a bit after weekly washings.

I am thoroughly plagued by discomfort in the chest area. I am a 36DDD, 160 lbs, 5'8", and my waist is relatively small in comparison to my bust and hips, so I have a VERY hard time fitting into much of anything...especially now that I am nursing and all swelled up.
This tank is the best thing I have tried so far! Honestly, it is even more comfortable than the most comfy bra I wore before nursing/pregnancy. It even has little pockets inside the outer clip-down cups that can help hold Lansinoh pads in place. I bought it in a medium in black and it fits perfectly and covers the cleavage area MUCH better than other tanks. There really are no words to express how great the fit and support are...all I have to say is a big, emphatic, relaxed AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

LOVE THIS TOP! being pregnant with twins, i've been on the hunt for long shirts. especially tanks that i can layer under things. i thought i'd at least try this one, although it seemed too pricey for a glorified tank top...it's totally worth it. super long which is great for prego days and will be nice for post-preg/nursing as well. "the girls" got quite large and this not only has the length that i was after, it also has great support. the material is very nice and you could almost wear it alone, it looks so good. totally worth the extra $ and am going to buy another one STAT!
