These inserts definitly do the job of filling in a bathing suit top, but they are rock hard. I bought these to go in a new, modest one-piece suit that I bought for a work retreat. The suit was great other than the fact that it flattened my chest. The inserts were easy to adjust for a natural look and stayed in place pretty well on their own. But like I said, they're hard. This is a non-issue if no one will touch you; not the case for me. After I hugged someone with these bullet boobs on the first day, I opted to remove them.

The swim shapers made me look unnatural - they were not comfortable. I ended up wearing the bathing suit without them.

this product falls out and moves too much so your fixing it more than enjoying the bathing suit. dont buy these keep searching the covering is peeling already and i only had them a month

I bought this product to insert into a one-piece bathing suit that I wanted to use on my vacation. Unfortunately they did not enhance the bust line of the swim suit so I was forced to return the item to the sender.
