Purchased these to give my barely AA girls a boost. Plus the lining in my triangle bikini top made me itch. Rather than insert them in the padding pocket, I just tacked them inside. First tacked all three points of the triangle into the top. But when I put the top on I wasn't able to spread out the material at the bottom. So I kept the top point of the triangle tacked, then tacked the middle of the bottom of the triangle. It worked like a charm. I found the padding wasn't too big or small and on my suits you can't see the edges of the pad. The only downside...make sure you squeeze out the water in the padding after getting out of the pool/ocean. I forgot and my suit kept leaking through my shirt! Overall, I like them, I don't itch anymore and they give me a boost. I would also suggest the other shapes these come in for other shaped suits.

I would not recommend these shapers. They were very uncomfortable and were very small. They did not even fill out a size small swimsuit cup. You could see the line where they ended. I ordered an A/B cup, but maybe needed a D in order to fill out the entire area. I was very disappointed!

These work fantastically in the triangle shaped bikini tops. They give lots of natural shape and a nice lift.

These worked out great when I lost one of the small foam pads that came with a Jantzen swimsuit. These worked perfectly, and added a bit more shape, without being crazy padded.
