These are not very effective for medium to larger bust sizes (I am a 34C). I tried it in a triangle bikini top and a regular bra and the contour was more for a smaller bust size. I couldn't really see much of a difference in the lift. I gave it three stars because it should be advertised to work for smaller busts, because I am sure it would be effective for that.

These did the job I wanted them to do. Once inserted into my bra they
gave me the cleavage I wanted. The bra was the problem, it made my
breasts to far apart to give me cleavage, there are a perfect solution
for me when I wear this particular bra.
