I had bought this product first for myself and then gave it to my mother. I gave it to her because she needed something for support and her back had been giving out on her. This has been a miracle for her. It helps with the support she needs for her back and her waist and also gives the lift to her chest which makes her look alot younger. The material is very firm and fits accurately so make sure you get the right size. She has done so well with this product (and also for the factor that it does slim you down) I have bought her another one. If she needed 10 more based on how great it makes her feel, I would buy it. Thank you so much Squeem!

This product is very helpful. I bought the medium and in 1 month had to purchase the small. I lost 1inch in 6 weeks my waist in now 28 & half. I've been using it about a 2 months and with a healthy diet and exercise. It meets the expectation. It's not for someone who sits around and stuff all day. However, if you are serious about reducing your waiste-line it's guarantee to work perfectly and you'll see results.

This brand is probably the best to provide support and compression, it has helped my back and posture. Additionally i believe this brand wears the best and is a better quality than typically sold. I like this style with the straps, these help keep all your articles of underwear in place and is more comfortable than the strapless types. I just wish it also had a panty feature added to it. This vest is pretty stable, however, with repeated wear and sitting they all tend to ride up and bend the "bones" of the vest which weakens these bones and tends to create problems. The only way around that is to purchase a tight fitting panty girdle to help stabilize the garment. One other problem i have with it is - it tends to push up your chest, i use a running bra over my regular bra to keep myself from bulging out, that works for me. If you want to emphasis you chest then it may not be a problem for you. But if you don't want to emphasis it, then be aware even your regular bra will not be enough to keep you from that bulge. It takes some adjusting of your underwear wardrobe but really it is worth it!
With adjustments you have one smooth line, and a comfortable fit. Worn with regularity your body will conform to it's shape and you will enjoy a new figure and your back will be helped too. Like i say this is my favorite brand and style, just wish the panty came with it. I lost 60 lbs and i found using compression garments helped my regain my natural shape and really worked with the lose skin issue of fast weight loss. I highly recommend these garments, and these kind of compression garments also help with upper arms or any other place you may have these problems.
One last great feature of this product is, it helps you feel full when you eat and helps you to keep your diet on track. Try it and you will be glad you did. Squeem products run small, but they do have 2 hooks & eye lines to adjust with. I got a small and it is right on the line for me, it takes me a couple of days to get used to it, if i stop wearing it. But it really does the job.

What a waste of time and money. If you want compression with comfort, got to Target and get the Barely There Beyond Bare camisoles for 16.99! This is a good product for post surgergial needs, but NOT for just shaping.

I like the squeem....it keeps you sucked in, but it can be a little hot, and the boning a little uncomfortable.
