It arrived according to the schedule. As soon as my wife started using it, she felt very comfortable. She is allergic to polyester, but this one contains only 25% of polyester-amide and she hasn't had any issues at all on her skin.
The belt makes a perfect support and she experiments less pain on her back.

this is EXACTLY what i needed. i am 18 weeks pregnant with twins and am growing by the minute! i have been having pain and heaviness all week that was immediately relieved by this product. i am 5'1" and weighing in at 160 lbs (up from 145) so i ordered the L and it just fits, with lots of room to grow! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I got this when I was five and a half months pregnant with twins and it has been amazing!! I am currently 7 and a half months and have put on 35 pounds, I have a small frame so it is a lot for me to carry. People constantly ask me about my back and I have not had even the slightest of back problems, which I completely attribute to this belt (I call it my belly bra). If you haven't put on much weight maybe it is not worth it, but for those who have or are at that very uncomfortable 3rd trimester I definitely reccommend and if you are having twins or more, this is a must!!!

I originally ordered this in a L but at 30 weeks and 160 lbs and it was way too big. I exchanged it for a M and when I wore it, it made my lower back hurt really bad. I bought this for pelvic pain and round ligament pain and it just wasn't what I thought it was...my back hurt for like two days.

It's not a support belt, it's a stretchy pouch attached to a rather narrow belt. Alas, didn't offer me any support; moreover, depending on the tightness the belt was cutting into my skin - or slipping off. Returned.
